on-boarding/transfer/off-boarding needs, troubleshooting production process issues, running
production meetings, collaborating with creative executives to achieve high quality content,
managing and training production staff, and reviewing/approving all timecards, invoices, and
creative costs. Additional responsibilities include; weekly involvement in Production Tools Working
Group to assist in creating an improved production tracking database and meeting with other shows
and departments to share ideas and experiences in order to improve upon our daily workflow. Most
importantly, I work with my team to create a balanced, fun, and inspiring workplace.
